Looks a top young keeper, just the right age to come to the fore when LLoris is nearing the end.

The type of signing we should be doing a lot more of.

We find some real gems at 20-24 years old, but we need to start getting them in even younger as well.

Really happy with this one!

So far only 13/22 posts making the same joke, let's see how many other incredibly witty posters we have

I agree that we need to be focused on brining in top quality at all levels for the growth of the club. I was really happy to hear about this as well a second when we tried to pounce on Riqui Puig's situation at Barca. It's a great way to save money and change tactic to get an advantage when teams are paying silly money

LOL

Imagine if this was the one in #WelcomeBazza

I'd feel sorry for the kid

Instead of the incredibly low-key signing it would normally be in any other season, old Bazza would be walking into a tabloid-scutinised shit-storm of epic proportions

Living in Dublin and following football here, can tell you all this would be a great signing.

Bazunu impressed in Europa League just recently and has a great record in the league having shown outstanding ability having been thrown into the first team in the last 2 months or so.

The kid, in terms of size, is an absolute monster for his age. Wouldn't finish his education till June 2019 so if loaned back to Shamrock Rovers, would join us for pre-season of 2019/20 season and still be young enough to join U18's and climb through the ranks.

Would think that his club will look for more than €200k, perhaps another €100k on top of that and the chance of a friendly - transfer fees in League of Ireland rarely go over €300k, but this kid has HUGE potential so would be a steal for us.

£200k on a 16 year old who, if he makes it, would be club trained by the time he has to be registered. What's the problem?

Fuck this keeper, he might be the best kepper to ever play the game but we won't see him for another 10 years.
Buy him for €200-300k now or in 6 years time when Lloris moves on for £40m or so (if he makes it) judging by the market. Seems like an intelligent move with minimal risk.

You're right. I'm just finding it hard to care on this day. It's so hot.

I sure hope we get this guy. If a decent keeper costs 70 million today we wont be able to afford one when Lloris is done.
