Fresh from trying their best to circumvent the FFP rules with the Neymar transfer, you'd think PSG would quieten down for a bit. But no, straight back out there trying to bend the 'rules' with Mbappe.

Basically giving everyone the two finger salute and assuming UEFA will do nothing about it.

Can't work out how Monaco can afford to go: "Oh yeah, fine, pay us next year guys..."
Must be more to this one surely?!

Theoretically I suppose they could've agreed to pay more to make up for the inconvenience i.e. they could've got him for, say, 150m this year but they've thrown in an extra 30m to cover the inconvenience of Monaco not being paid until next year.

Of course it's also fairly likely there's all sorts of dodgy goings on behind the scenes with both this and the Neymar stuff.

Roman has swallowed his check book....Conte is probably drinking a bottle of limoncello by himself and muttering about how life would be simpler at PSG

You've got to remember it's all relative. When you've got a team like Arsenal doing what they've done, it makes anyone look like they've had a great window in comparison :ROFLMAO:

Much agreed. I just think certain clubs (us and Chelsea) have got so much stick, when they're window was so reliant on VVD. Robertson, AOC, Salah..meh meh.

I think Salah is the only reason most people are calling it a successful window for them. They haven't done much good other than him. Also tying up Keita for next season gives them a boost in most people's books, even if it doesn't help them this season.

Klopp is a huge fan of AOC and believes Wenger/Arsenal has failed to coach him properly, according to Rafa Honigstein on The Totally Football Show yesterday. It'll be an interesting one.

To be fair I rate AOC and think he's been wasted at Arsenal. My only issue is where he'll play for Liverpool...

I can see them being more likely to use him as a wing back rather than starting ahead of Firminho, Salah, Lallana, Mane, Coutinho (assuming he doesn't go to Barca).

They didn't need an Ox as he doesn't bring anything they don't already have in abundance, what they needed was a few defenders and a solid GK

But he has reportedly turned down Chelsea because Liverpool have offered him a chance to play CM. So he'll be competing with Can, Henderson and (I think primarily) Wijnaldum, not the guys you've listed.
