Good to see someone's asking questions. That said, if it's as useless as the "fit and proper person" test they have to be an owner I won't hold me breath
Fit and proper is hysterical considering they approved an owner who has Villa on the brink of extinction after less than 2 years

And Cellino who had already been a football club owner who had been convicted of multiple counts of fraud and cooking the books at his previous club, and at the time of the "test" had a pending case against him for another fraud case. How the hell you pass with that on your record is beyond me. It's not like it was an unrelated crime, it's literally crimes that he's committed in his role as a football club owner. Fucking joke.

Really jealous of Liverpool’s business so far. Fekir, Fabinho and Keita - they’ve added absolute quality, and built on the momentum of the CL run. Talk about the grasping the nettle.

FranceFootball claiming that Jean Michael Seri is on his way to Chelsea despite them being without a manager. Getting a little bit ahead of themselves here. Conte is still chelsea's manager for now.

Seri is pretty much the exact player we need in central midfield.

It's hard not to be. They're going balls deep at the mo. Not really got a clue about Fabinho but the other two are excellent signings for how they play.

Liverpool have signed Keita, Fekir and Fabinho for same money they got for Coutinho.

Transfermarkt has it at about £140m out and £108m in but I never know who to believe these days. Still, it certainly seems good business at this point.
