imo the fee is much higher because it's Silva trying to buy back from the club that he was sacked from
The Moutinho deal is all about the agent. Mendes.
I'm guessing the relationship between the club and an agent. They deny he had any stake in the club, but there must be something in it for him (more than just fees)Why is it bent as arseholes? what wrong doing are Wolves doing?
Mendes is effectively acting as deal-maker for both player and club, which is illegal under FIFA rules. But it's very hard to pin anything on him or sanction the club unless they leave a money trail, which they've been clever about so far.Nah i dont buy it, he has a relationship with the owner, but alot of these players have brought into the Wolves Project, even signing on a perm deal.
Neves left Porto who he captained the side of in CL for this Wolves project.
obviously Mendes will be making money from Agent fee's but he is also putting these players into the shop window, most of the signings haven been young players, Costa, Neves, Cav, etc now they are looking for more experienced players, i think its a long term deal.
All clubs have releationship with certain Agents its a well known fact, they are part of the game. Wolves went from Mid-table championship to league winners. they brought good players, completely changed their style of play as well. from top to bottom players coaches and manager all buying into the same ethos, dont think its all down to dodgy brown envelopes.
The EFL have looked into it and found no wrong-doing.Mendes is effectively acting as deal-maker for both player and club, which is illegal under FIFA rules. But it's very hard to pin anything on him or sanction the club unless they leave a money trail, which they've been clever about so far.
FIFA's next step in curtailing the power of agents should be to make it illegal for clubs to pay agents in transfer negotiations and for the player to be the sole payer to the agent, but that's not happening any time soon.
