I was thinking we should recall and send him to the championship, he would do well at derby, Wigan, Watford and etc.

Reading that link provided above, one of the posters seems to think he is headed to the Championship in January...

Yeah, I was thinking that as well. Hopefully over the next month he continues to perform and I'm sure Championship clubs will come knocking. Should he get a good opportunity for playing time, getting substantial minutes in the 2nd half of the season in the Championship could open up a couple of opportunities for Alex come next season.

I'd love to see him get a season long spell next year at a decent Championship side - one with aspirations of getting into the EPL to set him up for possibly a Premier League loan spell in 2015.

Ye they seem to suggest that, we be good news if that happened. He's got alot of assists and gets fouled alot. Think he's trickiness would transfer to that level

In theory the championship sounds great, but atleast we know he is likely to feature all season at Swindon. It's definitely a risk putting him a different team, and on that basis I reckon he should stay where he is.

Agree, he is settled at Swindon where he has a few spurs teammates and he's playing often enough and Swindon are pushing for the play-offs. He should see that through for the whole season imo and then see what's next for him in the summer.

He just looks so fucking quality, every single time I see him! He really should be playing at a higher level. As others have said, if he were from Denmark/Netherlands/Croatia etc, he would already be playing at the highest level, and getting experience. I actually want him back, and for AVB to play him as much as possible against weaker teams and in games we are already winning.

Unfortunately, when our £30m signing cannot make our bench I don't see young Alex getting much game time, especially as we're hardly ever winning by a comfy margin. Better that he stays on loan than plays in the odd EL game now and then but it would be good if we can get some players loaned out and playing top level football in some of the other smaller european leagues.

Derby are been linked with a loan move for Liverpool's Jordan Ibe but I would personally send Pritchard there first.

Also they after a striker on loan it seems

As a town fan who's also been following spurs since the mid 60s you might be interested in this from a Swindon angle
All 3 loanee's have had their moments
I think Mason is quality but unfortunately seems to be injured more often than not
Pritchard has huge potential but in my opinion would do better playing regularly here than going to a championship club. He is far from the finished article and makes a lot of wrong decisions but will only learn form experience.
Hall likewise has had a steady season but has been punished severely at times, the FA cup defeat at Macclesfield being the low point.
Somewhat unfairly is a bit of a scapegoat for some of the crowd.
The pick of the bunch is Luongo who I was surprised was let go by Spurs
Am not in favour of the full blown feeder club concept but think that this relationship can benefit both sides
We've seen the best football at Swindon (if not results) since the days of Hoddle and Ardiles, no coincidence!

Thanks mate. Sadly, right there in that sentence seems to sum up Mason's career so far. Due to injuries he will never get the playing time to prove himself to be a prem player, but evidently has the talent to play at League one and Championship level. Do you reckon you guys would buy Mason despite his injury problems.

Agree about Pritchard, would rather that he got game time than go out to Championship. But I guess what happens with him is dependent on when Spurs would like him around the first team. If they see it next year then the jump form League One to Prem may be a bit to much so may want him to get Champ exp. If they are happy to give it another year, then I'd hope you guys get promoted then he may be able to get a year or half a year with you guys in the Championship.

Not really sure what to make of Hall tbh but CB like GK is a hard position for a young player as a mistake there is costly.

Lastly with Luongo gutted we released him, really hoped/expected that he was going to get some minor game time in EL/CoC before we bought Paulinho and Capoue. He played and held his own against Stoke and was one of Ipswich's best players when he was there. We probably released him due to his wishes (Id imagine he wants playing time) and also because we have Veljkovic in the Academy who the coaches probably see as a better prospect. Luongo has a lot of ability and happy to see him doing well. Really hope you guys get promoted.
