it's hardly a challenge for him, richest club in the world.

thought he'd want to prove himself

I'm looking forward to this, should be fun and bring a new vibe to the league.

He will only ever go to a club where he can spend big so that these soulless clubs can keep winning stuff.

Champions League I guess. Prove himself by taking a Man City team who don't constantly deliver and turn them into THE power team who constantly live up to their hype.

Jose to Utd would make this all very tastey lol
I dunno - unlike pep & van Gaal, mourinho is proven in the PL, he knows the low down. Be careful what you wish for, just because he's fucked up this time at Chelsea doesn't mean he couldn't work wonders at UTD

I'd rather see Giggs be slung in out of his depth with the rancid shadow of SAF hanging over him at every turn tbh

Best of all the possible options from a Spurs perspective.

I'd rather see him at City, probably the strongest club overall out of the Big 6, than at the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea or Utd, where he could really make a difference. Chelsea and Utd have resources which dwarf our own, but we're outperforming them currently because we have a more consistently applied vision on and off the pitch. If either club were to bring in Pep you'd have to think he'd stand a good chance of rectifying that.

Arse are the most obvious fit for him, and for that reason I'm glad he's not there. Could you imagine the sustained wank fest if Pep were to manage them? They already think they invented passing football as it is.

Im referring more to the rivalry between Pep and Jose, a lot of needle there and would be an interesting watch seeing the 2 of them rock up at Manchesters finest.

FWIW my mates a massive Utd fan and reckons Giggsy is nailed on their next boss.

It remains to be seen how Pep would perform at a smaller club. Look at Klopp for instance. Im not saying Klopp will fail, but nobody can turn water into wine that isnt called Poch.

Pep will suceed at City because they have the biggest budget and he has the biggest reputation. Wouldnt be suprised to see messi join him.

I know he has won trophies as a manager, but I still think there is a huge question mark over just how good a manager he really is

I don't think that the EPL will ever be dominated again like Man Utd did previously, it'll always be open, there is nothing to fear.
