An exhibition celebrating one of ours and the capital’s own, Harry Kane, opened at the Museum of London, Barbican, on Saturday morning (21 May).

Displaying items of memorabilia from Harry’s career to date, including iconic shirts, his MBE award and the 2018 World Cup Golden Boot, Harry Kane: I want to play football aims to inspire the next generation of Londoners.

I went to this today. It was very interesting. Lots of memorabilia, from shirts worn on notable occasions such as his first premier league hat trick and first England shirt etc. There was also some golden boots, including the one from the last World Cup, with a signed football. His MBE was there and some lovely photos of him as a child. Plus a running video of his important goals. All in all, worth a visit.
