Ideal scenario is he comes back in 2/3 years time to a great balanced champions league side and pushes us on to some glory. Not sure Levy will buy this tho.

If the deal is right, and he can sell shirts, he’ll buy into it.

If of course Levy is even still here in 3 years…

Spurs won't pay to get a player like him so how would he ever make it back? In a free, when 34 yrs old. That's the only possibility now. I think we'll have moved on by then, and hopefully Levy will be gone.

As an unrepentant tribal football fan I’m not happy with him leaving us but To be honest watching and listening to him in his farewell video put a tear in my eye. He came across as very genuine and was obviously going through mixed emotions. On the one hand not keen on those that desert us returning but if he does come back to England to play do I really want to see him break the PL goal scoring record in another shirt? A dilemma for another day I guess!
The Kane is gone but the Spurs go marching on.

Would really show our level of intent to sell one of our greatest players in his prime and bring him back when he’s done. Fucking laughing stock.

Dear Deirdre,
I’ve got a dilemma. 6’ spurs flag turned up today for my lads room which was ordered before h went.
I suggested we replace the xl h poster on his wall with the flag however he has refused as he thinks he’ll be back next season.
What do I do? Leave the poster up but cover it with the flag or keep it up and hang the flag elsewhere?
Any guidance greatly appreciated!

He won't play for Spurs again, imo. Next time we see him at the Lane will be at half time with Paul Coyte.
He’ll be too old by the time he comes back. Unless he completely flops in Germany or hates it and comes back Robbie Keane style with his tail between his legs. But I don’t see that happening. He‘d have better offers.
