Doesn't matter which club you support, that's a lovely story, and shows footballers in a great light, and shows what a great lad Harry is!

this kind of thing should happen all the time. Future season ticket holders (youngsters now- they grow up fast) remember this kind of thing all their lives. The clubs have many chances to invite some youngsters to arrange meet and greets. Not just the half-term schools where the odd player may put in an appearance. This story may get a few headlines but this is something (NOT FOR A QUICK BUCK!) the club could give to youngsters ensuring lifelong devotion in one simple act.

nothing will put a 6 yr old of football more than watching another turgid England display. Hopefully he'll be invited to WHL to watch some proper football

I remember as a kid gaining access to where England were training for the 1950- yes 1950! - W.C.;and after being threatened with expulsion, by security, Billy Wright (my hero) intervened and afterwards chatted to me.....never forgot that moment, even though it was so long ago.
Harry Kane is, for me, made from the same mould as Billy W....really, really nice guy.
As for pushy dad; when I returned home he didn't believe me and threatened to give me a clip round the ear for telling stories!

I'm writing a letter to Kane now, lets see if it works. Sure I'm a 31 year old man but I reckon I could pass myself off as one of those overgrown kids.
