ITK from The Goat linking us today.

He was linked to United a few weeks back, so if he’s coming here surely that would suggest Toby’s off to United..?

He would be an awesome signing for us, but hate to think how much his successful world cup increased his value. Wish we went in when Leicester signed him. lol

No way would Leicester sell for an amount we would deem suitable.

It would be a nice turnaround to see Toby go tonight United, Martial to us, and then we buy Maguire as well though. Surely that can’t be what’s happening though?

To be honest I really don't know any more.

The press and agents have really done wonders during this TW in bamboozling us all with a maelstrom of
fantasy switcherooness.

Would be an incredible signing. His aerial prowess would perfectly complement Sanchez and Vertonghen.

We are probably sounding out many CB options due to the Toby issue.
Aerial threat might be an consideration after Tripps performances at the WC and us trying to tap into that more.
After the way Leicester dug in with City over Mahrez I can't see them selling HM 1 year into a long term deal

I still think signing De Ligt the way liv did with Keita and selling Toby next season is the best option. Not exactly like we are inundated with 50 mill offers atm.

This has all the hallmarks of transfer window clusterfuckery written all over it. Levy would eat his own genitals then give them the sort of cash they’d demand.

Only signed last summer, four years left on his contract, profile blown up by World Cup, his club have just sold their best player so have no need or desire to sell, homegrown and English. Given our mo on transfers I can’t see any problem in getting this deal done......

Oh good lord I really hope not. I don't care how decent a World Cup he had, he's nowhere near the class of Toby, Vertonghen or Sanchez. If we're going to go for that sort of player we might as well go for Lascelles because he's vastly superior IMO.

If it wasn't for that world cup, would we be wanting him? In all honesty I would rather keep Toby if Poch forgave him.

Or get Pavard

Urm....thankyou for the extremely uncomfortable image I now have in my head.

But I don't think he would, you know. I think he would rather eat his own genitals than give them the money.
