Ok I'm assuming if there are transfer rumours kicking around about our manager then I can start a thread.....if not feel free to delete.

Anyway, it seems these rumours aren't going away just yet with today's Mail on Sunday once again running with the Harry to Chelsea story. Sorry can't post the link as I'm on my phone.

I realise it's the Fail so no doubt a load of bollocks, but thought it worth posting.

Thoughts?

Here's the link.

This can only be to do with Harry getting a final pay packet of obscene proportions. He doesn't work with DoFs, so an interfering chairman - even if he does sign the cheques - is not his ideal working situation.

Plus Chelsea don't have the players to "just run about a bit".

There would be riots in the streets if Di Matteo doesnt get the job, the fans love him, can't see Harry going there

Why, if Abramovich could have any manager in the world (within reason! For example, dont think Mourinho or Guardiola would go there but rest of them would listen to the pitch if he asked them to), would he go for HR? Serious question. What could HR bring to Chelscum above and beyond any other manager..... nothing

Hasn't RdM just won more silverware in his last 6 months of management than 'Arry has done in his whole managerial career?

Exactly. Why would Chelscum take a backward step by appointing HR? Maybe 'Fat Frank' had a quiet word with Abramovich... :)

If Abramovich is crazy (and we know he is) then he may still want to replace RDM with a "name".

Still don't know if I want him to stay or not.

The emotional weak side of me does. The cold hearted bitter soul I became last night disagrees.

I love harry and want him to stay but if he left a more tactically astute manager wouldn't hurt, someone with more than Defoe on for vdv in his locker........

I thought when the poster said earlier that rumours of Harry to Chelski were on Twitter I thought he as having a laugh.

If Abramovich replaced a manager that got him Champions League and FA Cups with Harry, i'd just wet myself.

IT would show the man has more money than sense.

Although I can see why the Chelsea players might have wanted Harry - he apparently gets the best out of ageing English players (for that, read 'he plays them'), after last night tho - surely it has to go to RdM?

Levy needs to back him or sack him. Leaving 1 year left is not a sensible move. I think we he should sack him and sell Modric to real for 40m and then play hardball with Bale that he must stay. Give the new manager the money from Modric sale and let's aim for 3rd next season

Whenever the camera focuses on Abramovich, he looks gormless.

And I've always thought that just because he stole billions from the Russian people, it doesn't mean he's smart.

I've yet to see any credible rationale for his sacking of two of the greatest contemporary coaches, Mourinho or Ancelotti, and one of the most expensive, AVB, other than player power.

So yes, if Abramovich was making rational decisions, RdM should be installed as Chavski coach immediately.

But who knows what's going on in the mind of Roman?

Had a look on Chelsea's forum and there are "itk's" there saying they are getting Harry.

Please be true.
