Harry Winks would be in England’s World Cup team if Southgate named his XI now

Maybe. I was suggesting a team I hope Southgate will be considering, now that Delph is back for Man City and Trippier is playing for the best team in the world.... ;)
Hasn't Delph been playing at left back for Man City though? Don't think his playing team for City recently warrants a starting place in central midfield for England.

Yes he has and I would still prefer him to Henderson in CM if Dier ends up playing at CB. Who would you prefer?

Sterling has never been anything like Eriksen...he is a slightly better Townsend

Chaps, surely a little one eyed here. The kid has 7 premier league goals and 2 assists to his name. He's a big part of the city team that has scored nearly double the amount of goals than us.

He's no mug.

I'd go with:

Kane (TH)
Dele (TH) Sterling (MC)
Rose (TH) Winks (TH) Delph(MC) Walker (MC)
Cahill (CH) Dier (TH) Stones (MC)
Butland (ST)
Mostly Spurs down the middle and left hand side and Man City down the right. Hopefully bringing some sort of club link-up play to the team.
