Harry Redknapp has issued a rallying call to his side ahead of Sunday's ‘massive' North London derby with Arsenal at The Lane.

The manager has admitted recent results on the road have been a disappointment, but is confident we can beat anyone in front of our own fans.

So he has urged his players to go out and express themselves against the Gunners, and get the three points he feels could turn our season around.

"We're at home so we've got to have a real go at them," said Harry exclusively on Spurs TV Online. "We've got to work them, press them, put pressure on them all over the park, and play with great enthusiasm to give the crowd something to get behind and lift us.

"We've also got to play with the ability we've got, because we have some fantastic players here who can play.

"Arsenal have got top players. Their front two, Van Persie and Adebayor, are a real threat to anybody, so we've got to be at our best to win the game.

"But I think we're capable of beating anybody at White Hart Lane and the atmosphere is great. We've got to use that to make sure we pick up the result we need.

"If we can win this game, it will give us a real lift to push on for the rest of the season. It's a big game in every respect, not just because it's a local derby, but because every aspect of this weekend is massive."

In a bid to inspire fans and players alike, Harry has called on the memories of his second game in charge of this Club back in October - the memorable 4-4 draw with Arsenal at the Emirates.

We came from two goals down in the final minutes of that match to take a dramatic point, and the gaffer has now challenged his men to regain that fighting spirit.

"It was an amazing night. It was game over at 4-2 down, and somehow we managed to claw our way back.

"We showed fantastic character and desire to get back in the game, and we've got to keep showing that enthusiasm and never-say-die spirit from now until the end of the season."

The full interview can be seen only on Spurs TV Online.

This is a big big match alright - WBA, Boro, Blackburn, Stoke, Pompey and Bolton all lost. Our home form needs to pull us up the table, regardless of the opposition. If we lose, we've got Hull away next and we might find ourselves being cut off from mid-table teams. Start like the Stoke game and give them a hiding.
