Due to Chiltern Railways changing their schedule, I am looking at alternatives for Saturday evening v Man City. Does anyone have any knowledge of what Parking availability would be like at Hillingdon Station for an evening match? Thanks

Always managed to park there on a midweek champions league match & Saturday/Sunday day matches.

If there's no spaces, drive up to the next station; Ruislip/Ruislip Manor. One of those has a pretty big car park

Hadn't heard about the Chiltern Railways changes until now, it's really going to fuck me up travelling from Denham. I'm going to have to find an alternative. :(

It's not helped by the fact that different details are shown on 'The Trainline' and Chiltern Railways sites. It doesn't fill me with confidence so I think I will avoid altogether.

Totally irrelevant but...used to have an Auntie and Uncle live in Hillingdon. Used to visit after my Mum and Dad left the smoke.

Somewhere in the back of my mind I think my uncle used to drink in the 'Prince of Wales'. Does anyone recall this boozer, am I correct in memory?

I live in Hillingdon and often go from there for matchdays and it depends what time you leave really mate.

It's usually full a couple of hours before kick off in which case I normally drive 5 minutes down the road to Ickenham and have never seen that one full but that could change if there's no trains from Denham.

Worst case scenario park at the Intu car park in Uxbridge and get the tube from there.

Drive 20 min further, free parking at Pinner and North Harrow stations on weekends. Always spaces. Only 12 min on the tube

Nice to see all these place names mentioned. Had Aunt and Uncle in Pinner another couple in Uxbridge and Ruislip.

Brother first lived in Stoke Newington when he first moved to London through work, later moving to Walthamstow.

My dad was an East Finchley boy. That's where the Tottenham story for me began.
