How can Jol survive now, Spurs can't defend, the players are not responding to him and the board has undermined him.

it will be hard for anyone to come in and do any worse. It has to stop. Jol has to go. I'll tkae anyone over him right now.

I hate to admit (cause' I love BMJ), but I think he's on his way out too. The team just doesn't look any good. I get bored watching them and cringe when ever we concede a corner or free kick inside our half.
