At the moment, it is unquestionable that something special is blossoming at White Hart Lane; a young squad which has the quality and attitude to implement and execute one of the most complex evolving systems in the Premier League on a weekly basis

As a qualified (non footballing) sports instructor who has worked with kids and young adults from 8-18 the one clear advantage in coaching youth is their lack of inhibitions, their ability to actually change what they are used to doing, and have experience of, and willingness to actually learn and persist with something new and different.

Poch has not only implemented a different style and set of tactics but also brought the whole squad along with him in actually believing that his system will improve their game as a whole.

Quite incredible given the short period of time he has had during a period of player changes and an influx of youth. Levy must have sat in the stand on Sunday wondering just how bloody lucky he got with the appointment of Poch.

Then again even a broken clock tells the correct time twice a day....;)

Not if it's digital.

That's not entirely true. ;)

The media like to build us up, so they can knock us back down again. That's the way they do things.

I've seen it happen so many times over the last thirty years supporting this club. But something does seem different this time. For the first time in a long time, we seem to have a complete team, with discipline, quality and steel!

It's a bit early to get too excited though. Levy will have to keep strengthening the squad as we go. Can't help but think that an injury to Dier, Dembele or Kane would leave us struggling a bit, especially against the better sides.

I think that article is a little on the pretentious side. A lot of unnecessary confusing terminology.

I do not think we intentionally misplace passes, nor do I think Dortmund or anyone else does. I think we played high risk passes, something we have done all season. Obviously, the fact we press so much means that losing the ball is not such a big deal.

We've been playing really well. Everyone needs to calm the hell down, we've all been here before. Let's just enjoy it. If we now don't make top 4 I can sense people already being disappointed and I'm not sure that would be fair. As said above, the media love this bit

My thoughts too, if we intentionally misplaced it then surely we must have put it where we meant to. It felt like a joke I wasn't in on.

I think Chelsea have turned the corner and now have almost five days to prepare, while we have less than two. The broadcasters want their favourites back, so I hope we don't lose. Not losing would be a fab result; heroic failure can wait.

People really do see what ever they want to see. Giving the ball away deliberately?? Fucking hell, what a load of bollocks. Way to much time spent analysing. We won by kicking the ball a bit better than them. End of.

I hope we are not reading a similar article on Monday about How Chelsea Dismantled Spurs.

I am very wary of this game and more so than I was with the Arsenal and West Ham games.

Pride comes before a fall as they say and the one team and coach I would not want to be playing against when we are being talked up is Chelsea and Mourinho.

Ignore their league position at your peril, Chelsea is still a very dangerous side who and will slowly get back into the top four race.

giving a ball to an opposition defensive player who then suddenly comes under intense pressure is actually a great idea. The rest of the opposition will be moving into passing positions but if they lose the ball then are left in a very dangerous counter attacking situation.

I agree. And I will believe something special is happening if Levy can resist the urge to "dismantle" (to use the term de jour) the team by cashing in on it's success. We have been here before and couldn't resist selling Carrick, Berbatov, Modric, Bale, Keane etc etc.

Yes we can all talk about why there were reasons for all of that; and why even the big clubs sometimes have to sell. But it de-railed us then and if we do it again (think Loris, Eriksen, Kane, Alli) and sell out then it will de-rail us now.

We should take a leaf out of Everton's book this year and refuse to sell anyone. If we do that, then I really will start to get excited.

That Article was the biggest load of overthought, mumbo jumbo I have ever tried to read. Talk about overthinking it!
