Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that he is intrinsically linked to the project at Tottenham Hotspur and wants to continue at the club for a long time.

However, if we ever go a summer transfer window again with no activity at all I'll be off quicker than the flash.

And who could blame him.

You post your own take in a way that indicates he is hinting at something else. For months now I have been seeing other posts about Pochettino being unhappy and just about to jump when one of those big jobs next come up. Then he gives interviews which makes a fool of those views. I've seen posts that players are unhappy with a 'lack of ambition' and they wont sign new contracts. Then they make statements that make a fool of those comments and are signing contracts.
I prefer the facts and the statements being made by the manager and players than the spin that some people keep putting on things.

It's a coping mechanism for some just in case it does happen.

Was tongue in cheek mate.
Calm down.
Wasnt spin or what I think he's indicating at.
However I wouldnt have thought ANY manager anywhere would be very impressed were their club to go 2 transfer windows with no activity.
Maybe Poch is over the moon about it and hopes we do fk all again in January but I doubt it.

Success with this project will be phenomenal ... we are doing it the right way and Poch probably realizes that he’ll gain far more by raising Spurs to the levels that Bill Nick achieved then surpassing that level. Can’t understand why Pep did not see this opportunity —- he seems only interested in buying success.

Hope I’m right and Levy and Poch get this right and return the club to the top. It would be legendary.

We got Moura last January. So there was activity.
And you said "And who could blame him". Hardly tongue in cheek...
I think some just want to see him go, so they could say "Told ya"
