Veloso, same reason as above, I just don't feel Zokora is capable doing all the defensive duties required in a 4 man midfield by himself, and I can see us playing with 3 attacking mids.

Veloso if the hype is to be believed. I havent seen enough of the guy to know if its true. If he had a winning mentality, plus controlled aggression and leadership, then I'd have him over all the others put together
