Arsenal and Liverpool, our nearest rivals and the ones that it would hurt the most financially.

My thoughts too.

I got a disagree rating yesterday for daring to say Arsenal would be hurt financially by having no CL for asecond year.

I don't mind the rating but I wish folk would quantify their opinions.

It would hurt them, not ruin them. They still signed PEA in Jan in 6th place. Liverpool I think would struggle to attract players and would lose a couple.

It would be nice to see them partaking in a piece of humble pie.

Arsenal and Chelsea without a shadow of a doubt. I hate those twats.

Also people saying United have to realise that Jose failing to get top four may end up in him leaving and us having to fight off another club alongside Real for Poch.

That's a deep analogy but a possibility indeed.

Chelsea - for some reason I get the impression that the days of Abramovich putting hundreds of millions into the club are coming to an end. He is already clearly not investing at the same levels as in the past - look at their January transfer window activity this year vs previous years. If they lose Conte and maybe Hazard in the summer, they face another rebuilding period. It’s clear that the rebuilding process is getting more expensive and with less guarantee of success than in the past. I think that a few years of not challenging for the league and CL and he might start to lose interest.

And Arsenal obviously.

Liverpool, simply because every year they claim they're a better club with a better manager, yet we keep finishing above them. Just makes it more and more hilarious.

Last time Chelsea missed out on Champions League they actually missed out European football altogether. Happy for them to finish 5th. New manager coming in won’t want to throw away the Europa knowing just how competitive it is in the prem right now.

Arsenal, absolutely. Nonsense like ‘don’t mind if they finish in the CL spots’ ‘I admire them’!!?? Really!o_O
They 100% deserve a barren period. A genuine one too. All them years them wankers have been giving us grief whilst we struggled, I hope the roles are reversed for many a year

Arsenal is number one choice and most likely to finish outside the top four.

Then it is a toss up between Liverpool and Chelsea. On a personal level I dislike Chelsea more but essentially we are talking about the competition and how league finishes will affect them.

Jose has signed a new contract so regardless of where they finish they will continue with the manager and continue to spend huge with or without CL football.

Conte will leave this summer, prediction not fact, and they will likely spend again. I wonder if a season outside CL might help Hazard push for a move to Real given the Spaniards are also likely to start rebuilding this summer.

There's part of me that is unsure of how good a job Klopp is doing. Some Liverpool fans are also starting to have doubts. A season outside the CL could really turn up the heat on them.

If I had to choose I'd probably go with Chelsea and Arsenal to finish outside the CL places.

Obviously City are away and we all want Spurs to finish 2nd (the best of the rest) but who would you really like to see miss out on top 4 ?

For me the final result would be as follows:

1. City
2. Spurs
3. Chelsea
4. Liverpool
5. Man Utd

I really have a serious dislike for Jose' and would love to see his team fail to make Champions League football for next season.

It's more important for us as a club for liverpool to fall out. Fenway sooner or later will want a return. Missing cl money would be huge for them.

It really is neither here nor there to us. To say we are solely representing London in the CL next season would be immense.
