How comes?

Without the extra games, the top 6 is so strong these days the last two teams to win the league have had no European football, realisticly as a manager you have to think about playing kids and sacking it off it hinders your league form.

I know this is controversial.

If they don't finish in the CL places presumably they'd play in the EL, no?

Your right, rather than it be a hinderance do what Redknapp did just play youth players and squad players in it. I know klopp won’t but without the extra games you would have a great shout at finishing high in the league.

I think the financially doped clubs - Man City and Chelsea. Can’t stand the ****s.

Top 4 should be:

Spurs
ManCity
Burnley
Bournemouth

(City just to keep it realistic...)

In terms of the attractiveness of the football then United should miss out.

Taking everything into account then Chelsea and City are not good for the sport domestically, but then nor is the Champions League.

So ideally it would be us, Liverpool, United and yes probably another team that is not doped and tries to do things organically with an eye on entertaining the fans. Just can't think of any offhand. Yes maybe Bournemouth.

It’s tricky but I’d choose Liverpool as I think it would hurt them more to miss out and we could see a gap develop with us in a genuine top four.

If Man Utd miss out they’ll still be able to pump loads of money at the problem and sign top players due to their name and crazy salaries but could see Liverpool getting rid of Klopp losing Salah and starting the whole rebuilding process again.

Media would never allow that without Liverpool included.
