at this moment in time, 1 change certainly isn't enough, however i like seeing managers who have the sole responsibility at the club (basically id get rid of the DoF set-up we have).

I’d allow people to keep the lids on their bottles. Then, when you pay £10 for a comemorative programme, some fucker won’t manage to kick his bottle of water over it

Bill Gates buys the club, then the day later is caught under the mower by the groundsman and all his wonga is left to the club.

I do not see the big problem with having Comolli. Eleviates alot of pressure off the manager and he has scouted well. I really don't think he undermines Jol, I mean what signings could Jol possibally disagree with? He seems like a very intellegent man when I've seen him interviewed and he would have many contacts in the footballing world. I just wish he had spotted Elano...

Before you all start shouting Jol out I would ask you exercise a little caution. Take a moment or two and think hard before you reply.

For me it would the introduction of a Barcelona like president who is voted in say every 2 years by the fans. This I hope would ensure more transparency and it would also keep the likes of people out who are only in it for the money.
like the idea of that aswell mate:clap:

I'd have the club debt free, with ownership of the club in a trust on behalf of us the supporters. Means that no grubby businessman can get his hands on our beloved Spurs and we the supporters would truly have our football club back.

And before anybody mentions dosh, if we're debt free, Spurs can generate enough income through gate receipts, merchandise, advertising etc etc etc.

I'd change the environment they operated in .

Sky , G14 , Champions League are taking the fun out of football .
