They said awhile ago that Sissoko was unlikely to be fit for the 1st leg of the Ajax game & I doubt whether Poch would want to use anyone who hasn't had some game time, unless we really have to.

Sissoko will only have been out for a couple of weeks so doubt that will be an issue. Might be more so with Winks, trying to remember his last game. I think that was only about 3 weeks ago so still not an extended period, I think (and hope) they will both play if deemed fit.

He didn’t actually say that he pretty much said maybe. Plus last time Sissoko was out 10 days and came straight back in he’s a naturally fit lad.

To some extent, I kinda get where some are coming from as they are paying to get entertained.

For example, when you go to a Broadway show, are you there to watch the "star" perform or the understudy?
Some would like to know
.

Surely you're there to watch the show. Even in the theatre they have understudies who need to perform regularly or they get stale. If an actor (or actress) who loses their voice, or have a sore throat even they need to be covered. It's not that different to football in that respect, it's just a different media!

Your there to watch the show, but unlike football a show has a cast that you expect to see.

Football is a squad game, so no one should be expecting a certain player to play just because they have paid their money.

Granted but you do understand that someone who is "starring" in a show is also part of the attraction.

Seeing Barcelona without Messi or Juventus without Ronaldo is slightly different, n'est-ce pas?

Is it so unreasonable the for the fans who pay for it all to want to know what is going on ? After all it is an entertainment industry and the customers are usually kept informed what is going on with their stars and favourites.
Do you want to be entertained or do you want to win.

People crying they deserve to know more because this is entertainment has to be one of the most dense things I've ever read on here. First of not a single entetainment outlet is giving out fitnesss updates and second of all the club has consistently given information about the injuries, you lot just choose to ignore it and invent theories in your head.

Injury info has been much better this season. A clear concise tweet with relevant info and what stage players are at. Today said all of winks sissoko lamela Aurier are doing field work which is basically last stage before full integration.
