It is a fact (in my head) that the players should be having watermelon seed tea 3x a week. This would give the kidneys a wash, helping minimise the risk of swelling and infection.

Free tip if the week.

Lemon, can you start a thread solely addressing health tips/suggestions on here. I think the bulk of what you say gets lost in other threads. I've actually had some success trying out some of your suggestions (never going to try the urine one though :dead: ) .

Sometime I will, maybe. Urine has never been a suggestion of mine!

In the USA you can get a packet pretty cheap, good reviews.

Had both that and the Cayce brand Baar, prefer Baar taste but think Heritage has seemed better strength wise.

My apologies, I definitely misread a post of yours or in reference to you, in that case :LOL::LOL:

Davies would be a big loss for us. Fingers crossed he can make it. We will need to show why we dont concede many goals against madrid.
Moussa too is a big big blow imo. He can hold the ball and help control the game abit aswell as his obvious physicality which i dont think there midfield can cope with. Dier will play but i see him as a bit of a sitting duck if im being honest and i can see him being caught out.

Anyone who watched the Republic v Wales match would have seen Davies take a right knock in that game.

A week ago we were celebrating the fact that madrid had a shitload of injuries. Now we're the team with all of the injuries. Pretty sure they're only missing two starters whereas we're missing both left backs, our first choice CM pairing as well as lamela and potentially gkn. Wtf. Admittedly we knew about most of these a week ago but it isn't getting any better just yet, not until rose and lamela are fit
