Both Sissoko and Alli have typical injuries from playing too many high intensive games. In my opinion this is all on Levy, cheap bastard.

On Alli’s injury, Pochettino added: “It is in the left hamstring, I hope it is not a massive problem, but we will need to assess.”

if Levy had bought a CM our much needed signing in the summer it wouldn't of stopped injuries to Kane, Alli, and stopped Son going to the Asia Cup, or wouldn't of made Dier miss a few due to appendix, and all the other injuries

if we had signed the CM then Sissoko most probably wouldn't of played so many games to get himself into form.

the thing is all the CM's we did go for wouldn't of guaranteed F'all. not every up and coming player from abroad settles or is as talented in the most competitive league in the world, and if I wasn't so tired and lazy I would try and find all the examples, and I'd have a bet more have failed than succeeded

The Dele injury is huge (stating the obvious). But I can't get down from the high of a last second Winks winner.

So I'm gonna leave the realism of the shite we're in, till Monday morning. No idea who's gonna play Thursday night.

Pochettino never said dele was out of Chelsea although he likely is. Moura will be back nearly made today.

I'm not sure what world people are in but you can't just buy players on permanent contracts to cover for injuries/absence.

It's no different from the real world during the summer holidays when half of every department is off for 2 weeks in August and the other half for the other two.
You don't employ a further half a department to work all year round just to cover for that month.

It's no different for a football club as it's not FM but a real business.

We will only buy players to replace those who are no longer here.
