All checked in at my Hotel :). The weather is lovely, sunny and warm. T-shirt weather :)

Any evidence of the alcohol ban (I believe hotels are exempt though) - have you been out and about in town yet?

I'm on the 20.15 Lufthansa/BMI flight from Heathrow to Malpensa tonight.

Anyone on that flight?

Where's the pre-match drink-up tomorrow?

I'm on the previous Lufthansa one at 17.50.

I've heard some spurs will be at the English football pub, the Dickens Inn and the King's Pub.

I'm on the 08:50 Lufthansa flight to Malpensa on Wed morning - with a bunch of others. Got to get the very first tube at 05:20 and then the Heathrow Express to T1. I aint sleeping tonight - I literally feel like a 9 yr old on Xmas Eve!

I think, though I'll have to check when home, that my flight from Luton to Malpensa is 0630. Check in at our hotel is not until 1400 Milan time, so we'll have a few hours of time killing to do. Might just fall asleep in the hotel lobby.

My flight leaves at 10.15 tomorrow morning from Heathrow getting to Paris at 12.30 where have 55 minutes to get a connecting flight to Milan Linate getting in at 3pm local time. I'll get a taxi into Central Milan and try and find some other Spurs fans!

Not sure what I'm going to do after the game, my flight leaves at 10.10 the next morning and I'm planning on sleeping in the airport, so I have a good few hours to kill - does anyone know what they're doing after the game?

If the worst happens, depending how confident you are driving at speed, rent a car in Paris and drive like you've never driven before. It's around an 8.5hr trip sticking to speed limits, but on the A6 and later, the A5, you can probably do around 120mph for long periods.

hmmm.

The other week, after a night out in Mayfair, one cab picked up 8 of our group while us 4 were left without a ride. About 10 minutes later, we flagged down a cab and told him 'Cockfosters in half an hour and you get an extra tenner'. You think French cabbies are as susceptible to bribery that they'd overtake in narrow situations, jump red lights and go double the speed limit? If so, you have a spare £k? :-D

Guess I'll just have to make the connection and hope the industrial action over there doesn't affect me.

I will be there, I've waited for this long enough.

Oh, I should add that not only did we make it in half an hour, we arrived home before the other 8 mates (and thus, as the homeoner was in the other cab, had to wait to be let in in the fucking rain and cold).

No sign of any alcohol ban yet. I'm in the "English football pub" just off the main square and it's full of yids as you would expect. Gonna bar crawl my way up to the Dickens Inn which os further to the North. The cathedral square is breathtaking. It's gonna be mad with 10k yids singing their hearts out tomorrow. Oh and the Italian women are fuckin stunning!! It's fantastico over here! :)
