Wink's a better link between defense and attack, Dembele now belongs in the MLS, pains me to say it but he's too negative and slow in his passing.
Winks moves the ball quicker and plays to our strengths of a quick attack.

Whenever we switch to having Winks, Dier and Dembele together we look fucking wank.
None of them press and they all want to be ultra narrow.

Poch must see this. It doesn’t shore things up, it gives the opposition an invite to attack.
they all want to stand on the same blade of grass, lamela isn't perfect but man the guy is everywhere, none of the other 3 drag players about

I swear we're the 21st-century version of Keegan's Newcastle - have a squad that can be very good to watch but lacks the mentality to win trophies.

How we can go from a pressing, offensive team to such shit with the same players is astounding. I fear for the Barca game, these players may not recover.

When it rains it pours.

Fuck it, I'm going to enjoy the Barcelona match as it may be a while before we get back in the CL.

It's like we didn't learn against Liverpool that a midfield of Winks, Dembele and Dier does not control a game. Shocking tactical error. Lamela, regardless if his final pass was off he was still getting in to those possitions to cause damage. We look lost.
I really hated this midfield now.

In hindsight, Kane should have stayed on and Llorente should have been brought on. This hard to take after controlling the 2nd half and leading the game. Three losses in a row is bad but I hope we can turn this around on Saturday. COYS

Dier was terrible. He's not directly responsible for this loss but he certainly didn't help matters any. Wanyama deserves a run of games.

I'm a big critic now of Dier but he was slightly better tonight. Still a lazy fucker these days but at least I saw a couple of challenges tonight.

Wow a couple of years ago there was so much progress. We just look like progress has completely stalled and all life has completely drained out of the team. Huge mess with transfers last 2 years.

We took off almost all our attacking players and so took pressure off Inter. they no longer even had to think about defending and could go all out in attack. We load the midfield and defence but give the opposition, as usual, the freedom of our area at corners. Even Wenger teams can defend better than we do

I can't bear to see Ben Davies in this team anymore. He's virtually talent-less and even worse blames everyone else for all his fuck ups.
