I absolutely love Poch and what he and his staff have done for Tottenham Hotspur, but i cant help but worry we may be witnessing the beginning of the end here one way or another. We're very much in the mire at the moment and nothing over the last few weeks has filled me with much in the way of confidence in his ability to lift us out of it. This is without doubt his toughest test to date at Tottenham, the next 3 games are crucial.

They’ll beat us I think. They showed last night they have enough in them to get a result against us right now.

A bit of desire and intensity is enough to outmatch us right now.

Weak
Yes, Brighton away is exactly the kind of game we don't need right now. They are well organized and full of intensity. And of course we would be expected to win so any defeat seems a lot worse.

Not sure how anyone cannot put most of the blame here on Levy. The players and coaching staff look disillusioned. Going into the summer, there was supposed to be a brand new stadium for a young team with CL football for third straight year. It was the perfect moment to go for it, push further, make a real commitment to getting a trophy or two from this promising group.

That didn't happen obviously. I think just watching the players and Poch this year - they seem different. Like they were let down and now don't know what to do.

I sadly do believe this is the start of a major downturn for the club. Many of these top notch players will now look to move on with a disappointing season. We had our moment and Levy pissed it away. Sad really.

When it rains it pours.

Fuck it, I'm going to enjoy the Barcelona match as it may be a while before we get back in the CL.
We won’t make top 4 6th at best. Vorm Davies Dier Dembele Winks not good enough. Levy & Lewis have taken this club as far as they can/want. Fucking fuming!! Whoever didn’t envisage this with NO new signings was burying their head in the sand.

I don't think winks did anything wrong, just should have come on for either dembele or dier, or if lamela was flagging it needed to be an offensive player coming on, i'm expecting a long season, poch has gone downhill the last 12 months and if he is making as much sense on the training ground as he does in the recent pressers then its no wonder we look such a shambles on set plays. hate this 11 in the box we do, give them basically two opportunities to put the ball in the box as we have no outlet if we win the header

That 150m was only there if we sold rose and alder. Didn't happen hence the last minute panic to get grealish
I think Danny was too busy trying to save a few pennies on his dodgy electricians too worry about minor irritants such as transfers and on field success

Ok, that's a bit of a robbery. However.........

We have all the momentum, the game is totally going in our favour, it looks like a second goal is on it's way..... I just don't get why at that point Poch has decided to take off Lamela, who is the guy making bursts up in support and in behind them and causing them a nuisance, and put on someone who is going to sit behind the ball and shore things up - and so, intentionally or not, signal to the team it is time to sit back and take the 1-0 (and so cede territory, give the opposition a sniff, and after that you don't know what will happen.... if you're really unlucky the opposition bang a volley from 30 yards....). The momentum started to be lost right from that moment.

Why are we so poor at defending set pieces? It's been a weakness throughout the Poch tenure, currently we're all over the place. This is his 5th fucking season to sort it out and find solutions........

I hope I don't see any 'Poor Poch', 'he deserves better' we didn't buy players etc type posts tonight. Poor decision making and poor coaching was largely what has cost us there towards the end there. Things entirely within his control. He is making bad decision after bad decision currently, and it doesn't look a well-coached, well-drilled outfit. Above anyone else, it's him who needs a kick up the arse right now.
Spot on mate - Far too many on here believes he is the Messiah. There have been many times when he has cocked things up. No doubt he has taken us far, but recently you gotta question him.

He needs to take a long hard look at himself. Took the wind out of the players sails after the Man Utd win. The players were up and he had a massive go at them. He’s knocked their confidence.

The United scoreline flattered us. We were the better side overall (more so in the second half) but not deservedly by the final scoreline.

I can't bear to see Ben Davies in this team anymore. He's virtually talent-less and even worse blames everyone else for all his fuck ups.

Don't agree, he's very good for his role in the squad. Problem is we for some reason have come to the situation where he is first choice, when he should be the back up option. It's Rose that need upgrade, as he's not the player he used to.
Davies, albeit not impressive tonight, was often played into difficult positions by the team - especially Vertonghen.

Good at set pieces too which means we’ll be in danger

I'm very worried Poch era is shaking. I will be feeling sorry for him for feeling the stress. But the last three games I really feel nothing but anger towards him..

He's plain naive... So sad but true.
