This whole season has been a shambles from top to bottom.

It's only September and i'm already finding it hard to muster any positivity towards the club for the rest of the season.
£1250 and the club can't even send me a fucking lousy welcome pack? Can't give me honest updates on when I can take my seat? Can't sign anyone? All while knowing the players were knackered from the World Cup and that the window shut early?

I don't usually melt and long term I'll probably still defend Levy, but right now I am angry. I don't like feeling like someone is taking this piss out of me, and that's how I feel right now.

I think we will turn it around. There is always a crisis club and now unfortunately it’s our turn, but at the same time 9/10 they come out of it.

That said

Don’t worry lads, we’ll have a cracking stadium for the EL!!! I don’t know if there’s any troubles or behind closed doors shenanigans going on but for me the buck stops with Levy, I know the stadium is costing a fair bit of folding stuff but fuck! What’s the point, had a rant going but just can’t be arsed anymore, pissed off & will not spend another fucking penny on this club til that cancerous **** Levy goes. WE DONT NEED PLAYERS COZ UNCLE FUCKING JOE GOTTA NEW BOAT!!! #LEVYOUT

There's a lot wrong with this team at the moment. I think Poch has a real fight on his hands to motivate players that are knackered, disinterested and probably looking for a transfer to a club that actually shows some signs of wanting to win something.

Only problem with the team is a sudden inability to defend set pieces. Sort that and almost all our negative results become positive.

The annoying thing is that we were very good for 40 minutes of the second half. Got the goal, didn't give too much away, and had a couple of glorious chances that were sadly squandered by Lamela in particular. A shame they got a wondergoal and we lost our cool - followed by yet another corner which is clearly an issue with Vorm in goal - but far, far better than the weekend. Onwards and upwards. COYS

It was actually easier watching us when we were shit in the 90s, at least then the expectations were lower.

Yeah absolutely. We're meant to be on such a high but the whole aura around the club seems to be so wrong, at least from the outside looking in. We're in desperate need of some good football on the pitch. I don't even want to see us scraping a win on Saturday, I personally feel a need to see something to be encouraged by because there's very little currently!

That is done to the manager how a team plays both city and Liverpool play quick passing football because that is demanded of them, we on the other hand play a slow possession based game.

Yeah true, but it's frustrating to watch at times when you have players like Dier, Dembele and Dele for example take an eternity to do simple things. There's being slow and productive and being slow and clueless, unfortunately we're presently very much the latter.

Still can’t believe we actually lost that

Completely in control of that 2nd half. 1-0 up with five mins left!!

With 10 mins left I thought it would finish 1-1 because we’d get punished for not taking are chances
A draw and point away in the CL I can handle

To lose from that position is shocking and worrying. Dare I say it, very much like the old Tottenham 15 years ago!!

A bit like are Summer transfer window!!
It really was the old snatching defeat from the jaws of victory wasn't it.

How can anyone blame Levy? This is the exact same squad that beat and drew with Madrid, that beat Dortmund twice, drew with Juventus away from home etc. There is a distinct lack of pressing, lack of motivation and lack of concentration on the pitch. Is that Poch's fault? Is the blame with the players? Who knows? It's so lazy to blame the chairman but if I started performing at 70% in my job you would blame me first, then my manager.
This squad has worked their butt off for the past three years. They've then worked their butt off over a World Cup. How long can they be expected to keep trying every year if the club isn't investing? Same for Poch. How long is he supposed to keep caring if he isn't backed?

And please, don't anyone feed me the "Poch didn't need to be backed" crap. The man had been very explicit over the course of the past season. New players, signed early. Be brave. The tune only changed the second he got a multimillion pound pay rise and knew he needed to tow the party line.
