Feck. Destroyed
fuck.
Feck. Destroyed
sorry.
To be fair the second stat isn't something to be proud about.Well he's obviously having some effect at Spurs .
2 very unSpurs stats...
1. We've run further than any other Prem club
2. We have more yellow cards than any other Prem club .
Motivating the team to greater efforts 10/10

There's no point in a plan B until the team/squad are settled with plan A.
ENIC CRITICISM ALERT.
To me it's obvious that he's under a great deal of pressure from the board to get top four. I find that ridiculous especially when they miss out on getting a striker for the past two windows. The constant hard on for top 4 when we are the sixth richest club is stunting our progress. I'm sure if there wasn't this pressure Poch would be more inclined to play more youth in premier league games instead of limited appearances in the cup games.
Lawrie Sanchez?I've been thin
I've been thinking the same, and I have a plan for January. Swap Sanchez for Townsend. Job done.
Jesus Christ, if people can't understand that laying foundations, particularly strong defensive ones, can take time to implement without some sacrificing in the short term I just despair.
Its very obvious that we've improved hugely from a defensive point of view, we just need to show some patience in terms of waiting for the attacking play to click and knit within the strong defensive framework we've now created.
We already saw signs with Son's movement in the team. Things will improve gradually.
I dont see this pressure from the board at all. Where is it made 'obvious' to you?
I think the OP's concerns are legitimate, it is a work in progress and Poch does need time. I always thought this was going to be another transitional season, however Poch has said differently he has said he wants to fight for top 4 this season, when you say things like that it raises the expectations of the supporters.

The youth are the foundation of the club but I kind of fear for their future because of the quick success mentality that's around. I much prefer to give some youth experience even if it means finishing midtable of course that means no Europa but we only just decided to take it more seriously anyway. It would also mean we will get less money but we will make more money if we have some youth who make it through.

“In football, you need to try and take the positive result and always win,” Pochettino said. “If you achieve the Europa League, it might not be the dream of the club or the supporters but you need to play it because it is good for the financial side of the club.
“We need to try and build a strong team for next season to fight for the top four. We need to be clever, to analyse after the end of the season and move quick to build the team. If we achieve Europa League or not, we need to move quick.”
Nope, I said obvious to me not obvious to you.You made that up!
With no fit strikers we are in a pickle. Berahino is not the answer IMHO. We need need Son back and another edition.
