ESPN is basically a Liverpool Fan site. You can see some absolutely cringe-worthy Liverpool worship on there, basicially half the stories are about their eternal greatness. I'm pretty sure the sole purpose that they concocted that scale was to get Liverpool up and Man U down, to justify their constant slavish admiration of all things Liverpool.

For a taste of their objectiveness, have a look (as one example among many) at this story,

Pay special attention to the masterpiece of art they've commissioned to banner it. I probably would have puked seeing it, if I hadn't burst out laughing...

So Klopp, sorry Liverpool, invented this style of play did they? Not Bielsa and then implemented by Guardiola at Barca?!!

I see what you mean Dougal.

I like how they assume that just because they are awarded the penalty, they now win the game by 1-0

For example: in Liverpool's 0-0 draw with Manchester United at Anfield on 14 October, the study concluded Jurgen Klopp's side should have been awarded a penalty in the 63rd minute, and the new simulated scoreline was a 1-0 victory for the home side.
