He'd be silly to move anywhere right now - he's getting consistent minutes in the championship under a good manager and looks like he could very well get promoted...

Having said that, we should definitely try and sign him, maybe loan him back for the rest of the season. He's looked so impressive whenever he's played this season.

How about this for a fact pattern we're familiar with:

- Talented young player in the Champ
- we show interest
- agreed that it's in the best interest of the player to play first team football...
-...particularly while the team is in the hunt for promotion
- team gains promotion, put crazy fee on player
- player stays to play prem football

Aarons, Clarke, Sessegnon - these are all players I'd really like. I think they could be first team players in time.

But they're tricky players to get in our position (we seem to be making that statement rather a lot, albeit for different reasons) as they'd be unlikely to get that much game time initially

Yeah I totally agree with you - just think from the players point of view it's the wrong move at the moment.

Hopefully Leeds get promoted and we can send players to develop in the PL, something we’ve found so hard to do.

Yeah, I'm beginning to hope that Poch and Bielsa's relationship, combined with Leeds style and youth players, could provide benefits for us on several levels.

just get him and loan him back to avoid another should-have-gone-for player please
The problem Is Leeds will not want to sell now as he is a key player for their promotion push and when/if they come up they will want him to try and stay up, the best chance we would have of getting him would be if they fail to come up or if they do come up and then get relegated.

I also love the idea of someone who poch models many of his team ideas on, taking our players on loan.

AFAIK if they get promoted we'd be able to loan them one player. It might be two, but I'm sure I saw in another thread someone mention this rule.

Ive meantioned him a few times on sc. Is destined to be a top calibre player imo. My dad is also a leeds fan and we watch them alot. Everytime he comes on or plays he affects the game through quality play and tenacity.
Would love this signing. Very strong in the mind for an 18y/o and knows how to finish too. Good natural footballing brain.

Sign him before its too late.

I listened to Alasdairs Golds 15 minute monologue on what we are doing - https://www.football.london/tottenham-hotspur-fc/news/adrien-rabiot-truth-malcom-bowen-15734848 Give him a click as he works his bollocks off, anyway:

Jack Clarke - Sounds like we are keen and suspects if we do a deal it'll be this month with a loan back
Bowen - we don't fancy paying
Sessegnon - go back in during the summer
Brooks - looked last summer and didn't pull the trigger
Maja - Monitoring heavily but may be heading to Bordeoux but seems to make the most sense
Rabiot - no
Malcom - rubbish

This I believe.

He's on the verge of joining Bordeaux. Are we going to make contact after he joins?! What is there to monitor? That's what we all do on here.

Well what I imagine is, he needs to get the train from Sunderland down to Kings Cross for the eurostar, so if we time it right, we don't have to pay for the Sunderland to London train and we can pounce and save 35 quid.

That’s a medium cheeseboard at our new ground
