I dont know why you spammed me he asked a question if anybody had been on record to say they didn't want to negotiate with Levy and I answered the question, I didn't say who was right or wrong.

Probably because what you said they said wasn't actually what they said.

We've had positive news from the journalist, it's Friday and the sun has got his hat on. Why's everyone so miserable in here?

Maybe they work the weekends?!

Until we sign someone I don't think some people are going to be happy no matter what is said

Wasn't my intention I just remembered them incorrectly. I could have sworn the Lyon president said he didn't want to negotiate with us again but then was very happy with the offer for N'Jie and made a point to mention it. ah well

Because, in keeping with the pattern of this window, pessimistic ITK should be expected in about 3-4 hrs.

nah I hate him, I gave up my season ticket partly because of the players the bald headed twat (plus he knocked down WHL), but I also know that until we have been in the new stadium for a few years we are not going to have the funds to just chuck money at teams like the 4 I believe have more than us financially
I accept that. I don't want any old signing - just one or two that will go some way towards addressing our shortcomings from last season and offering more depth. Not bothered about big money signings but unfortunately I am guessing that the HG issue prevented us from using our scouting network to cast our net far and wide.

He said it was more painful than his hip replacement. I'm not doubting Levy drives a hard bargain. I've not seen anything to suggest many clubs avoid doing business with him at all costs.

So true. Virtually all clubs are run by successful businessmen who will understand Levy’s methods and perhaps secretly admire him and his methods.

No. but Levy is being Levy. When have we ever done any business early? He thinks the longer you leave it, better chance of getting a deal. Poch said. be brave, do things different, not just do what you normally do Daniel

so you decided to ignore what I said then (both those attempts where early), the only 1 we might of done early is Grealish if we paid way over what we value him and in a lot bigger 1st payment. theres brave then there is being stupid, and Poch said be "Brave". you can't force teams to sell their players

if your that desperate for trophies your supporting the wrong club sorry, City, United, Liverpool and Chelsea have the funds to have a pretty strong 25 man squad, we have only just started to make big enough profits that are still not on a level they can operate on. we might now be able to match the later 2's wages, but when we go out to buy players we can only spend what we have.

there is a total of 4 trophies, the CL is pretty well out of our reach and we would need the luck Liverpool had with fixtures to get to even a Final. The Premier League depends on having the strength in depth and quality that every player knows they will be rotated and want to give 110% every week, and get lucky, or get lucky with very few fixtures and suffer very little on the injury front.

CoC to win that you need the luck of the draw, because even when you come up against a Prem team, with CL the main goal you really can't afford to risk your best players. yes winning the CoC would be great for us fans, and even the players, but in Poch's 1st season we got to the final and caused burn-out by the end of the season.

with the FA Cup, unfortunately that comes at the end of the season and when if any burn-out is occurring it will hit home around the semi stage.
Wait so just because I'm a Spurs fan I'm not allowed to want trophies? What kind of shit is that?

What you mean is that he hasn't gone out and spent huge sums bring in mega star players.
That is because we are building a new stadium.

Now think about this and answer honestly.
Do you want a new chairman or new owners that will invest large amounts of money in the team?
If you want a new owner (which i suspect you do) then your issue is with lewis not levy. Levy isn't a billionaire and his personal shares are less than 10% of the club.
Not at all regarding star players, I was fucking pumped about Sanchez, Aurier, & Lucas. I've never said anyone needs to be fired, all I was saying is I don't understand the people who cheer for how great we do off the field with our business practices. I give a shit about how we play on the field.

I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan, I'm not constantly having a fucking party when the Forbes list comes out and their the most valuable franchise in the world.

Who we could have signed for £2 million but the club are not good at taking risks on signing young players of this type despite the financial rewards (Alli was an exception).
he chose Norwich over us for 1st team football. Get your facts right. This type of shit really annoys me

Dier, Rose, Walker, Fuyth, N'Koudou spring to mind as well as Alli. The club didn't think he was worth a punt and evidently still don't now even though he's had a good season. We wouldn't have played him instead of Eriksen and Alli and as a result he has probably improved with the game time. Grealish is physically bigger and I think will grow to become a very good dynamic CM.

The club got it wrong, simple as that.

Also you’re going back like 10 years to players we signed and including players that don’t really fit into the same category. I’m talking about picking up players like Lascelles, Cook, Gray, etc... All of whom were available for relatively small sums and therefore represent little to no risk

Alisdair Gold has done a bit where he says Poch is *Not relaxed* Mebbe thats it.
Good. He shouldn't be relaxed, he manages a top football club and is on an £8m a year contract, he's not in a cabana bar in Tahiti.
Im not even relaxed when im asleep!

The problem is if we were unable to upgrade our squad, and we do not improve on the pitch, Poch may go at the end of the season and take a whole lot of our playing staff with him. A glamorous stadium is worthless (for the fans) unless the standard on the field of play matches it.

Pochettino has just signed a new contract . Levy no matter what’s said is an honest man he would of notified Pochettino about transfer operations and the budget.

I look at our spanking new stadium and know Levy is a diligent man. Lewis= Levy>Pochettino >Harry Kane. That spine is pretty solid
