I hope you're right, but until it's done we're open to some club or other stepping in with say a 30M bid that will blow our bid out of the water. Should that happen we'd have to match it or pull out, so to me the longer this goes on there's a chance we'll be left ruing our delay. Mind I'm not sure he's a good buy, but it's seems Poch wants him, so for me we need to get on & do it.

if another club comes in with a 30m bid, but Grealish doesn't want to sign for them it makes no difference. the only way anyone signs a player is if that player wants to join that club, their club can't force them because they want the bigger offer. all they can do is refuse the bid, and refuse to sell the player. in Villas case they will have to sell to the highest bidder that Jack will go to, or find another way to get out the shit

Freeeki, do you love his calfs? Poch has a thing about that story with Bielsa, I think Poch loves his Calfs also.
To be fair, he looks really good, physique wise, for a midfielder or AM, but he carries a lot of muscle so might struggle with oxygen levels under the Poch regime, especially first season if he Bulks in the summer(s).
