I think we need quality over quantity.
I would be happy with "only" 3 in (One being Grealish), if the other 2 were top drawer.

so 3 in is the word, Grealish is 1 you would imagine

the other 2 must be a CM and CB and apparently this is going to take us to the next level

they must be a damn good CM and CB and still only one striker in the club if FL leaves

such is the life of a Spurs fan

or possibly we are going to buy Grealish, a CM and wide attacker. once we sell Toby we might get a 4th signing or we might have to go down the brave route and either use Foyth as our CB on the bench or if we go with 3 at the back use Dier and use Wanyama as our DM.

when we finished 2nd Dier was mainly used in our back 3, last season he had to play in midfield because Wanyama wasn't fit

Aston Villa owner Tony Xia in advanced talks to sell club to an Egyptian group

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-advanced-talks-sell-club-Egyptian-group.html

Aston Villa owner Tony Xia is in advanced talks to relinquish control of the club to an Egyptian group, Sportsmail understands.
The Chinese businessman has spent the summer desperately searching for fresh finances to plug a £40million black hole following the side's failure to gain promotion to the Premier League.
Now senior figures believe a deal is on the horizon with Xia accepting the only way to secure investment is to hand over the reigns.

In the event of a takeover, Jack Grealish would still be expected to leave for a figure in excess of £20m, with Tottenham the leading destination, and Villa would also field more bids for James Chester, who is a target for Stoke.

We have top 4 rivals signing Mahrez, Becker, Fabinho, Fred, Jorginho, Leno etc and here we are haggling fees with a fucking championship club for fucking Jack Grealish. Really amazes me really...
It remains to be seen if those players are better than Grealish, maybe we can assume Mahrez for now but we shall see with the others.
This new investment doesn't mean Grealish is staying, more likely to go so that Villa can actually bring some money to the deal too.
