Had a little heads up that if they could get him Peterborough would love to appoint Jamie Redknapp to succeed Darren Ferguson.

It seems unlikely that he would foresake his media work but if he wants an in to management I hear that Peterborough would love to give it to him.

Interestingly he's not even quoted in the odds that I've looked at.

He'd be better off starting at Bournemouth all the best ones do apparently :).
He does have a good understanding of the game and I think he'd make a good manager not like some of the so called expert pundits.

Disgusting that Peterbrough got rid of Ferguson though. 2 successive promotions and after a few rocky months of adapting the Championship they get rid. Mental.

If Redknapp goes to Peterbrough you can expect half of our kids to go there on loan in the next year or so. They'd practically become a feeder club.

Barry Fry seemed to suggest he was getting tapped up by another club (my bets on Hull), so not sure how much that was a contribution in him leaving?
