I really don't see why peopel are so hard on him, he seems a pretty down to earth guy and from what I have seen gives 100% in every game, would be a perfect fit for us... bar his age of course. Would be interesting to see how he would line up with Kane in our team.

I realise he's scored some good goals this season but the more i see of him the more i think he just looks like a skinny little punk that wouldn't fit in with the players we have at our club.

Besides, if we're looking to sign anyone in their late 20's then it should be Dimitri Payet.

I would take Kante though but considering that Leicester are now bound to be in the CL along with us, he has no major reason to leave them unless he wants a bit of London life.

Payet was magnificent at the weekend, reminded me a lot of VdV on the ball, his touch/skills etc.

There is that racist thing. Also, He scored 5 in 34 last season. I'm not discounting what he's done this season, but he's a huge gamble. At 29, you've paid over the odds for a striker with a total of 75 good games left in him, and that's barring injury or dips in form.

Totally agree the money he would demand wouldn't be worth the risk, I wouldn't be wanting to sign him but have been impressed with him this season.

Just watched that video, and woild have to agree he's a fucking cock now, wasn't aware of that. Probably had a few but still he should have a bit more wit.

I remember when this story first broke back in the summer. Does anybody know how the "investigation" turned out. Obviously a little bit of a double standard, the three lads in the "racist orgy" video were kicked off the team, but I don't remember any type of punishment for Vardy. Could be wrong though.
