I really thought last night was the night. Some one said he has voodoo against him on here and it looks so true. The chip was a beauty till it hit the post. The other the keep saved behind his back so unlucky...

How much do you think Jenas would be paid for that role and the other pundits? Just interested to see if its more of a pleasure thing for them than a necessity.

Bit of both. I can't imagine they get paid a shit load but probably enough for them to think, easy money.

Who wouldn't enjoy getting paid to talk shite about football?

Dont get some of you lot, we established that the 'fox in the box' type of player was just not cutting it when we had Defoe. Now we have a Defoe minus the pace (and the goals) and every one fucking loves the dude

I just wondered why he isn't actually playing football. I imagine he could do a job for somebody at some level if fit?

Google to the rescue, and he has seemingly tweeted today that he is currently without a club but has not retired.

He has an injury which has ruled out since the summer and will keep him out until early next year.

Agree. He was just getting his rhythm. They started to look stretched at the back and he was getting closer and closer.

Hopefully he's being rested for Everton. I think we will see both him and Kane start.

If Ade starts and Soldado is on the bench I will lose my shit.

Because both are hitting a rich vein of form.............
