Soldado should not have been taken off. Period.

Agree. He was just getting his rhythm. They started to look stretched at the back and he was getting closer and closer.

Hopefully he's being rested for Everton. I think we will see both him and Kane start.

If Ade starts and Soldado is on the bench I will lose my shit.

I'd bank on Pochettino reverting to one up top.

I heard he missed another sitter?

He had two good chances to score. One was a nice clipped finish which came back off the post and Stambouli scored from the rebound. The other one credit should be given to the goalkeeper as he was out like a shot and within a foot or so of Soldado by the time he shot.

Both good chances, but neither would be classified as sitters. The worst missed chance was when Stambouli was put clean through by Kane's header and for some inexplicable reason he tried to pass to Lamela when he was one on one with the keeper.

Actually starting to feel for Soldado. Surely he should of scored last night and I don't get why he's been so unlucky. he certainly possesses the quality as we've all seen and I think it's only a matter of time. We just need him to break that dead lock so badly!

Yeah I was expecting Paulinho to have been subbed, I thought Soldado should have stayed the course.
As for Jenas I was never a fan of his as a player but he is doing a decent job as a pundit, fair play to him

Remember when Roberto scored at home and just held his head in relief? I swear I so very nearly cried. I've never felt thisbway about a player before. He's genuine. Maybe he's shit, maybe he's a flop, maybe he's in the wrong team or maybe he just needs a lucky break. But he's genuine.

If he's not in the team on Sunday, I'd love for the Spurs support to cheer his name.

I noticed that when Kane was getting ready to come on, you could tell Roberto KNEW he was coming off and he was soooo gutted. I mean how unlucky can one player be. When their keepr stooped his shot he wasn't even bothered to fight for the ball. And subbing him at that particular moment was an additional kick in the bollocks. Bad case of man-management if ever there was one.
I truly feel for the guy. When he scores I will scream as if it were the winning goal in the CL final. He simply deserves it.

We have to play two up top against Everton, and if that two isn't Kane and Soldado I will be stunned.
