Why is it we dither around, quite often getting quoted stupid fees, then after we walk away, the same player goes for nominal fee.
Not just us, I think it's PL teams in general, there's a PL tax thrown on top of all enquiries.

Hadn't realized that he never went to Dortmund, I'm guessing that this is the player that Rob was referencing when he said Levy had been in Germany. It would make sense for us to line up an alternative to Aurier in case his paperwork doesn't come in before the deadline.
