Divorced in 1977 and re-united in 1978, the greatest football player I have ever seen pulling on a Tottenham shirt, finally did the decent thing and got hitched.

Breaks my heart to see him now as a frail old man but I wish him a few more years yet to enjoy 'married life'. Bless you Jimmy....a true legend.

So sad to see Jimmy as he is today I was privileged to see him in his last public engagement before his stroke at Exeter Football Club and he and the Spurs gang were hilarious and brilliant.

Irene's devotion to Jimmy saved his life.

Saw him score the greatest goal ever at WHL. Against Leicester in mid 60s (65-66?). Shame there were no TV cameras there that day.
