He isn't the 'controlling owner' though.

Hopefully there is a huge fine coming his way so he has to sell his share.

If you read what JL is accused of it really fits with DL and the board's approach in general, do what you and get away with it. Our board has consistently made poor ethical decisions e.g. furloughing staff during COVID, hiring Paratici knowing he was under investigation, joining the super league, raising ticket prices to the highest level in the country during a cost of living crisis, taking Solomon for free while accepting a bid from Spartak Moscow, there are just so many I didn't have to think too hard or go back very far. A money at any cost mentality. There doesn't seem to be a voice at the table that understands both the fans and the community expectations, the supporters trus and FAB are ignored. Ultimately just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

I just wish we could get rid of this group, they tarnish our great club by their actions and by extension us as fans.

Agree with some stuff you said though some elements are just pooh pooh, like Soloman and the furlough stuff.

As long as this doesn't result in an Irving Scholar/'91 type firesale scenario, where we end up getting bought by another Robert Maxwell/Alan Sugar wastrel.

We have plenty of famous fans but never seem to hear any of them proposing a consortium to buy the club which seems to happen at some other clubs e.g Chelsea , Man U.
