Why did John Terry's brother cause the suicide of a young footballer? It was the young footballers slut of a mrs that caused him to go in to depression. Sluts will always find a guy, if it wasn't Paul Terry it would have been someone else ( probably John! )

It became obvious Terry was getting a not guilty from early on in this trial. It was a shambles, embarrassing at times.
The GK allowed Paul Terry to stay in his house when Terry was breaking up with his Mrs.

I don't know how he cannot be found guilty.

You can see it in this video hear clear as:

http://pappzd.com/2011/10/john-terry-anton-ferdinand-racist/

He says

"yeah - and yours you fucking black **** fucking knobhead"

And the manner in which he says it as well, you cannot say that it looks like he was responding to an accusation.

The arguement made that he is saying "I never said you effing black c..." reeks, to me, of his agent, or similar, getting a whiff of what is going down, watching the vid on YouTube, and instructing him that in the first part, where it is not entirely easy to make out what he is saying (not least because Cole walks across the front of him), to claim that he said I never said, as that almost fits to it, and it is not easy to make out - and to flat out stick to that story.
I never watched it until yesterday, and my immediate impression was that he says "yeah...yeah...you...", which would fit in with the type of banter footballers have (without stooping to racial abuse, obviously). I never said just doesn't fit that, especially as seen as the court confirmed that Ferdinand didn't even ask if he had called him "an effing black c...". So if doesn't fit with the nature of footballbanter, and there seems no reason for him to introduce the term, as seen as he hasn't been asked if he said it."
He could, possibly be saying and yours - it really isn't easy to tell - but, afaiac, he has been instructed to use that ambiguity to claim he said something that just doesn't fit the nature of football banter - I never said. And what you can clearly see him, to the point that he hasn't tried to deny it, has no place in this instance because he hasn't even been asked if he said it.

Plainly guilty, IMVHO, but used the ambiguity to con the law of the land

p.s. I don't believe that Cole didn't hear any of that. At least in the Woodgate case Michael Duberry refused to cover.

The John Terry racism row was reignited on Saturday night when his team-mate and defence witness Ashley Cole was attacked on Twitter - with the alleged victim's brother Rio Ferdinand laughingly reacting.
Terry was cleared of a racially aggravated public order offence at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday.
It was alleged that he had maliciously called Rio's brother Anton - a QPR defender - a "f****** black c***" during a match on October 23 last year.
Cole, 31, had told the trial that Terry, his Stamford Bridge captain and friend, was not racist.
Cole, who also told the court he was a long-standing friend of the Ferdinand brothers, was accused by one person who sent a tweet to Rio Ferdinand of being a "choc ice".
The term is commonly understood to mean 'black on the outside, white on the inside'.
The person wrote: "Looks like Ashley Cole's going to be their choc ice.
"Then again he's always been a sell out.
"Shame on him."
Manchester United defender Rio, who played with Terry at the heart of England's defence and whose parents attended every day of the five-day trial in support of his brother, replied: "I hear you fella!
"Choc ice is classic! hahahahahahha!!"
Users began discussing the comments and reacting to them and Ferdinand wrote: "And if I want to laugh at something someone tweets....I will! Hahahahaha! Now stop getting ya knickers in a twist!"
Cole moved to calm the situation down and issued a statement through his lawyers.
It said: "Ashley Cole has been made aware of the discussion following comments appearing on Twitter and wishes to make it clear that he and Rio Ferdinand are good friends and Ashley has no intention of making any sort of complaint.
"Ashley appreciates that Tweeting is so quick it often results in off-hand and stray comments."

But can you hear it? No, you can't. I can't, either, and nor can anyone else. You're an expert lip-reader, then? I'll take a flying guess, probably not. I know I'm not. Therefore neither of us is qualified to offer an opinion. Both sides in the case called in highly experienced lip-readers who were qualified to as expert witnesses—extremely qualified. Guess what? They disagreed.

Of course I can say it looks as if he was responding to an accusation. So can anyone.

A jury or a magistrate can't convict someone of a crime because thousands of people think he's a ****. They can only go by the evidence, and the 'evidence' in this case was a complete joke. FFS, Jar-Jar admitted he didn't even hear the alleged abuse at the time; it was only his girlfriend's lip-reading skills that persuaded him Terry had made a racist remark. Why the magistrate didn't say at that point, 'Why are you idiots wasting the court's time and public money, then? Get the fuck out of here," I don't know.

I agree with you. As for your last sentence though, I suspect its about perception - in other words to be seen to be taking it as seriously as possible.

What fucks me off with these sort of things is that the evidence should be examined more thoroughly before the case is permitted to even enter the court arena ie is there sufficient evidence to merit this getting into court.

If Terry was in for being a fuck - he would of course be found guilty ;)

I've uploaded Terrys red card to youtube. I couldn't be bothered to edit it so just uploaded most of the game. There's 2 parts, part 1 has the red card live and at the end of the video is a replay starting from a different angle. Then part 2 shows the rest of the replay

Go to 22.20 on first video.
Looked at these vids just now and certainly something doesn't add up. This is the kind of story that journos should investigate because until it is properly investigated the allegations that Terry said something will continue on and on. Poll says he gave a second yellow for hauling down King. Terry went to see poll after the game for an explanation and Mournhino was also piss off at the sending off.

The John Terry racism row has been reignited when his teammate and defence witness Ashley Cole was attacked on Twitter - with the alleged victim's brother Rio Ferdinand laughingly reacting.
Last week Terry was cleared of a racially aggravated public order offence at Westminster Magistrates' Court, after it was alleged he had maliciously called Rio's brother Anton - a Queens Park Rangers defender - a "f****** black c***" during a match on October 23 last year.
Cole, 31, had told the trial that Terry, his Stamford Bridge captain and friend, was not racist.
Cole, who also told the court he was a longstanding friend of the Ferdinand brothers, was accused by one person who sent a tweet to Rio Ferdinand of being a "choc ice".
The term is commonly understood to mean "black on the outside, white on the inside".
The person wrote: "Looks like Ashley Cole's going to be their choc ice. Then again he's always been a sell out. Shame on him."
Manchester United defender Rio, who played with Terry at the heart of England's defence and whose parents attended every day of the five-day trial in support of his brother, replied: "I hear you fella! Choc ice is classic! hahahahahahha!!"
Users began discussing the comments and reacting to them and Ferdinand wrote: "And if I want to laugh at something someone tweets....I will! Hahahahaha! Now stop getting ya knickers in a twist!"
Cole moved to calm the situation down and issued a statement through his lawyers, saying: "Ashley Cole has been made aware of the discussion following comments appearing on Twitter and wishes to make it clear that he and Rio Ferdinand are good friends and Ashley has no intention of making any sort of complaint. Ashley appreciates that Tweeting is so quick it often results in off-hand and stray comments."
Rio, who unlike Terry was left out of the England squad that went to Euro 2012, later referenced the Blues centre half's legal defence by tweeting he was being sarcastic. The "choc ice" response was apparently deleted.

Rio behaving like a prick too then it seems!
Can you blame him? Anton didn't know what was said until he spoke to his GF after the match yet ashley claims he heard anton say black **** and then cole and the defence also suggested the case should be thrown out because cole said he shook hands with anton whereas anton claimed he didn't therefore rendering him a unreliable witness

Can I blame him? I can for the choc ice thing. Black guy on the outside, white on the inside. That's racist. Suggesting something negative about the apparent white side of him. Embarrassing for Rio.

Terry is a tosser, so is Cole. Seems like Rio completes the set. Ban Terry for 8 games, Suarez style. Rio should get fined and a possible ban too for the Cole thing.

I assure you I am merely being sarcastic when I say that John Terry is a pigeon nosed piece of dog shit and a disgrace to the game. Sarcasm.
Hmm, that disgrace of a man is hardly in a position to be mud-slinging.

As I said, it is like the whole bunch of them haven't accrued enough credit to themselves as it is, that they have to fish for more

Yes I can.

Racism is racism and Rio is now just as bad.

The choc ice comment is plain insulting.

They could have called Cashley all kinds of names and I'd most probably have agreed but they bought colour into it again and Rio now has absolutely NO moral ground.

He can laugh at what he wants can he? I don't think so.

Racism works both ways.

Beats, he didn't say the racist comment, he laughed at it.

What if he says he was laughing ironically?
