As Allardyce comes under even more pressure various sources are linking Jol with the Newcastle job.

I'm sure that Ashley will get a glowing reference for Jol from his best mate Kemsley!

personally I think there is little chance of Jol getting a job there.

What do you think?

Newcastle are in a complete mess. Their fans are so desperate for success they are bringing the team down everytime they lose. Morale at SJP is at an all time low and to be fair to their fans they never wanted Big Sam in the first place.

When he was applying for the England job I said i thought Sam was the new Graham Taylor doing an incredible job at a small club but would fail as England manager and at any bigger club he manages.

I would love to see BMJ back in the premier league, he's so good with the fans that I think they would support him and bring back the optimism to Newcastle.

Would be a terrible move for him, it would make me sick too. I hate those barcode bastards.

He's turned down much better positions so I can't see why he'd even give them a look in.

Jol would get bombed out of Newcastle just as those excuses for fans have done with the managers since Bobby Robson.

Can he not quickly join them, sell us N'zogbia, finish Carr's career by selling him to a Rymans league club, stand on the touchline on his first game shouting 'Come on you Spurs' and then quit before the game starts?

I'm sure we could all have a whip around to cover the cost of buying out his contract and then own him ourselves. Then we could throw him around to each other during games like a big bouncy dutch beachball.

Jol's a free man, he can go wherever he wants, he owes us nothing. If he was asked i'm sure he would go to Newcastle, big club, huge support, loads of money, what manager out of work wouldn't to be fair.

But will it happen ? Think about it Ashton ( Chariman of the Barcodes ..) is best friends with Kemsley ( Ex Director at Spurs ). Kemsley hated Jol. So it would be very interesting .... Anyway, I was never a big fan of Jols, but he is a nice guy and he will be eaten alive by those Geordies ..

i dont think kelmsley hated jol, just didnt rate him as much as the fans. as such, newcastle directors would be crazy to overlook jol, clearly had his weaknesses but the overall package is also clear. jol teams are organised ( he was a tough tackling cm ), supremely disciplined, and basically, very good.

+ they would become arch rivals to us during his tenure there which i think would be great fun.. (might nick dawson though!)

Ive got mixed feelings about this. Firstly I dont want him to go to Newcastle cos I f**king hate them and hope they get relegated. Secondly, if he did go there and was a success, because he could bring in the players he wants it might show DL how much of a cock he has been appointing that knobber Commoli as DOF. I liked Jol alot and he had that never lay down attitude. Would love him to be given a chance at a top team to show what he can do.
