I wanted us to get woodgate before he went to boro. He is alot better then dawson. However my only reservation is if we sign woodgate that would probably mean dawson suffreing in terms of realising his true potential

Woodgate for 8m is great business

honestly you shouldnt make judgments on someone who has the earnings / cash / lifestyle to roll around with a fit bird in bundles of cash snorting coke of her titties...

no matter what the reason - you just should NOT pass judgment on someone who gets to do that......ever....

I think signing Woodgate would be fantastic - he's a great player and very experienced... would definately bring a lot to the squad...

No thanks on Woodgate, not a good buy... I don't believe his injury problems are behind him.

BBC writes:

A series of niggling injuries have troubled Woodgate this term and he is not in the squad for the FA Cup fourth round tie at Mansfield on Saturday.

His injury history is well documented - not convinced he'd pass a Spurs physical. This appears to be a desperation move? I don't understand Comoli...

:bang:

Jonathan Woodgate is never realy a desperation move he is quite simply a bloody good centre half.
I don't know about his off field activities apart from watching(or possibly helping) Ian Bowyer kick an asian student half to death and no doubt if he fails a medical then we won't buy him but he is a very good player nevertheless.
Has a price been mentioned I guess that would concentrate minds.

Well, Flatters, what you do is find a smooth flat surface (preferably glass), carefully sprinkle your coke on it in a nice little pile, and then divide the pile into neat lines with an old-fashioned razor blade. You then snort these lines up your hooter (perhaps using a drinking straw). And try not to sneeze, of course.

There you are, problem solved. Now you can nip out and score some.

If you assumed I meant it like that, that would mean you think I'm completely able to roll around in loads'a money with an attractive woman.

And do you not think there might be another reason why he's not in the squad for the weekend

When the threads first started on Woodgate a few of us did some research into his injuries and apps post Madrid and he's played 70% of the Boro games.

The reason he's gonna cost under 10m is becasue it's only 70% if he were a 100%er he'd be at the 20m mark and still at Madrid or in Manchester. Same in some respects as Ledley.. his injuries are a curse to us but also a potential blessing. Ledley's resolve is never likely to ever be tested by a CL team because for the money we'd ask they would deem his injury too high a risk.
