TOTTENHAM fear Hugo Lloris will leave at the end of the season — and have put Sunderland’s Jordan Pickford top of their hit list.

French star Lloris, 29, could pack up and go if Mauricio Pochettino’s men fail to make the Champions League next season.

Unlikely I think but we have definitely being tracking Pickford for a number of windows from memory so not a 'riding the hype wave' kind of story/target.

They've just added condiments to the meal - i've no doubt we're tracking Pickford, as are probably a lot of clubs, but they needed more spice so tacked on a stock "X could leave if X doesn't happen" story that vaguely relates.
