Erm, doesn't it kind of depend at what point during the stretch the picture was taken?

No I'm pretty sure a load of people who sit on Internet forums know exactly how stretching should be done.

Better fitness will help but confidence will be better though.

Hopefully better fitness will mean less goals conceded in injury time which in turn will lead to better results and increased confidence:wink:

i do!

I did loads of this when i did athletics as a youngster and then when i started on some coaching courses.

Having your leg straight doesnt matter. Some people cant straighten their legs anyway..im one of them, never have and never will now. It all depends on how much your muscles can streach. And for walm ups and down you only want to feel a slight pull on the muscle to warm it up

well i've been doing Martial arts since i was about 8 and if you're stretching all the time its quite easy to keep your leg straight no matter who you are.

unless you're the hudd and infact can't even lay on your back without rolling over.

I can well believe that if you're stretching from the age of 8 you could certainly do it, I came to martial arts late and because of that I couldn't get my leg straight in a stretch like that. No doubt I could improve, but only so far I reckon, I wouldn't be able to get my leg straight. Not like the girl who took one of the classes, she could get her ankle over her shoulder while standing on the other leg.

and then sucker punched her in the stomach! nice one

yeah, strecthing all the time your muscles would obviously get used to it and your leg would finally straigten. (only thing stopping you is bone structure)

maybe not, maybe i'm lying but the human body is a clever thing don't you know.

This is an area where the improvement should be massive. Ramos teams play a high tempo pressing game and for that you need fit players. Sevilla was one of the fittest teams in Europe under Ramos.
