Being selfish, I hope he doesn't, I think he plays enough as it is for Spurs, with our other strikers seemingly unable to buy a goal I don't want Harry getting injured or over tired playing some meaningless England friendly.

And I completely understand that and agree with you on some level

BUT

To be selected to represent your country, at 21, is a massive sign of respect, knowing that (the England Managers view, anyway) you're one of the best English players at the moment.

No arguments from me with any of your post, but that doesn't change my point of view.

By all means go out and win the U21 tourney, but shy away from the senior England side which won't do you justice.
