So they reckon he'd join a club not playing in the Champions League next year?

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

not that he would but the only reason to leave Spurs now is the money, they can throw money at him but for football reason no need to go to United.

sherrinham says kane should consider real madrid or man unt before its too
late
I ask the question too late for what ?
too late before Tottenham put these other clubs in the shade
sherringham showed his character or rather lack of character when he talked anderton out of moving to man unt only to move there himself a few weeks later......tosser of the highest order I bet he is gutted that we now look like the club to be at and someone of his ilk will try to derail the spurs steamtrain
what is his motivation for these statements ?answer jealosy

Problem is the more people talk about him not going, the more likely it becomes that he will. When will we learn to simply ignore this tripe.

I think Kane is the least of our worries, can't really see him going anywhere in the short to mid term. Can even see him seeing his career out with us, feels to me he is Spurs.
But as our players become more high profile the richer teams will come calling and they will surely be temped by big money days, it is after all a short career . The question is can we make that leap in wages terms to compete with them.

The influx of TV money will enable us to hang in there until the stadium is built imo. There is an incredibly positive vibe about the place now and we are closing in on being regular diners at the top table. Nobody will be going anywhere and especially not to any potential domestic rival. Sheringham was 42 or something and Utd were streets ahead of us but our players have bags of time and we're on the move.

I'm not worried about Kane being tempted.

I'm worried the mega teams will be in for Poch.
I could see Man City with a huge bid for Toby.
Utd after Dembele.
Chelsea are sure to be after someone as well....

There are lots of ways to hurt us in the summer so I'll be praying everyday (And I'm an atheist).

As for improving the team I'd only be looking for someone to come in to allow Kane a break and another to cover both the Dier/Dembele role better. But who???
