Funny that cause I was told that Kane was the big red machine in my childhood.

Eric is right, but Kane needs a few weeks away from football to recharge mentally and physically.

ok fair enough Eric,

But can you guys just focus on defending set pieces especially corner kicks.

This is getting ridiculous now.

Nonsense. It's just form, he'll be back to his best soon enough. I dont know why he is getting so much of the attention. I guess because he's the goal scorer but all but a few are playing well at this moment. If Kane needs a time out then so do a lot of other players.

I thought he did ok yesterday, and held the ball up quite well. Problem is if he isn't scoring others need to be and they are not.

What happens when you replace with three 6 foot something players for three 5"8 and under players.

I think Harry needs 3or 4 weeeks away from football he will come back even more
motivated.Suprised when a side is 1 nil up that they think by reshuffling the team it makes
them less likely to concede, players that have been on the pitch for 75 mins are aware the dangers are in defence.
Kane would have helped in defence as he had throughout the match.

Bit harsh dismissing it as nonsense - I appreciate that in your opinion he doesn't need a rest but there is other opinion from not just fans but also pundits that he could do with a rest.

The trouble is everyone is jumping on this same theory. Yet he's not even our worst player by any means. He's actually playing well but just not getting many chances so not scoring goals yet. None of our World Cup players are looking good at the moment so its not just Kane. It's funny how the media/pundits aren't saying the same about Dier for example and he's looking a lot worse.

Kane will need to be rotated for sure though as will the others. The trouble is we have a busy schedule so there's no chance of resting him completely for a couple of weeks. Besides what's to say a couple of weeks out wont mean it takes him time to get going again? The only way to stay sharp and fit is stay active and playing. What I personally feel is 'nonsense' is the idea of needing a few weeks off. We just can't play him 3 games a week all the time. I hope that we rotate Son and Kane now that Son is back.

I definitely don't see him getting that much time off but there is a case for him being managed better along the lines of what you said. Trouble is that the temptation is to keep him on the subs bench and then when we struggle like we did in the FA cup last season he'll end up playing anyway.

I think he'll be find once we start rotating (Son being away didn't help because Llorente isn't good enough). He's started every game so far and one for England. I expect he'll start on Saturday and hopefully completely left out next Wednesday. I would be tempted to then have him on the bench at Huddersfield before starting against Barca. That should be all he needs.

This is what England does to its stars. Slowly destroys them all from within. The media and fan pressure is just too much for 95% of players to deal with that they all just wilt away and never reach their full potential. I wish the whole country would just shut the fuck up about Kane and let him get on with it (and so does everyone at the club) but it just won't happen.
