Why is it that Robbie is the only striker pullin his weight for this club.

Bent aint doing much to get in to play but granted he dont get much service.

Defoe just seems non exsistant on times

Berbatov is just plain lazy and moans after everything.

Mayb I'm being a little harsh but its only Keane im seeing with the movement/goals/creating. I dunno guess im so pissed off with these late goals and our defence.

Hopefully Ramos will change all this. This season was supposed to be a good one.. what the hells happend to this club. Why ain't Comolli been sacked? he bought most the players from what I know.

Disagree with pretty much everthing you say welsh_spurs_fan

Keane was his usual terrific self, but nobody was poor today, we were by far the best team.
They came out of the blocks and had a good 3 minutes then absolutely nothing until the ref gave the penalty.
from then on only one team was going to win and they were in white and evertybody knew it.
But for he post we woulod have been 3-1 and it would have been all over
We played with 10 men for 25 minutes and without Bale, who was outclassing them down the left, for 20 minutes and we still went for the win and were still the better side, everybody worked their socks off.
hopeful punt from outside the box swerved away from Robbinson and went in, that was a lucky strike.

I'm pissed off as much as you are but why start slaggng off our players?
Save it for the ref(s)

I do find it odd that our consistently most productive striker (Keane) is the one that gets the most stick normally. Strange that.

All about opinions ain't it, some agree with me and some will agree with you.

Its part of the game slagging of players, specially how much they get paid for kicking a ball ( thats all teams not just spurs ) If they don't pull there weight then they don't deserve to be there.

Anyways just another day at the spurs camp.

that is our problem, our midfield from Jol's second season up till now has never been consistent enough with our strikers, all these fucking long balls are midfield is just unable to pass a team down

All them fucking long balls to Defoe why, he needs balls into feet

To be honest the last goal came after Berba failed to clear..instead trying to dribble the ball out.. Cant blame him too much though..We should really go for a third goal..

Yep, I've never understood that despite all he's done. Someone (maybe you nidge?) was requesting Bent/Berba up front today which I found strange

Keane was a bit unlucky first half, things didn't drop for him but second half he didn't drop his head. MOTM IMHO

Berba, should have scored, cost us a point (not much consolation), needs to get confidence back ASAP

Bent did very well today, very impressed with him, bringing down a lot of high balls, bringing the others into the move. I hope that he was injured because he didn't deserve to come off for Defoe.

Defoe, typical performance, just not good enough. Offside more often that a 5 year old that doesn't understand the rule, missed one golden opportunity and should have had another but bottled it and layed it off to steed or someone who I'd fancy less than JD to score.

Trevor Francis I think was overly critical about the formation on Sky. I think it was probably the best idea. The problem wasn't the formation, it was the lack of clincalness which has been a problem for a few weeks now.

2-1 up berbatov hit the post from 5 yards. 3-1 and that 30 yard strike would have meant jack shit

I was a little disappointted with Berbatov. When given the ball he looked good, but there were times when there was an opportunity for a break, especially when Robbo had the ball, and he would look up to pick out Berbs and Dimitar would be jogging slowly forward, his back to the ball, not getting into position or offering an option.

I remember when we went down to ten against Bolton last season and Berbs played out of his skin. He was up top all by himself yet was always looking to win the ball. Maybe its just a result of him not getting on the score sheet so much, but he does look a little down.

We've a cracking quartet and I can't believe people are giving them a hard time, what I suggest is you have a look at the for column in the league table and compare with the rest of the league, then have a wee look at the against column.

In response to the original thread, Defoe and Bent haven't been given as much opportunity in the team as Keane or Berbarbov therefore to tarnish the two strikers is a bit unfair,. Berbatov has been dreadful this season and needs to be dropped for Bent.

As for the back 5....Levy has to get out the cheque book
